Line Graphs

Open Lotus Word Pro:

Select "default", then "OK".

Select "Chart" from the "Create" menu:

Select "Line", then click on "OK".

The chart you will enter your data will be displayed.  The column with "Legend" is the x-axis and "A" is the y-axis.  Enter the appropriate Data, then click "OK".

Select
  • "Edit Titles"
  • enter the appropriate Title and Labels for the x- and y-axis
  • click "Edit Data":

The completed line graph should be displayed:

Right click (IBM users), click once on the graph, then select "Copy" if you need to paste this graph into the assignment you are working on.
