How do I capture the entire screen?

How do I open MS Paint?

Click and hold on wpe3.jpg (1214 bytes).  Select Run.

Enter mspaint then OK.

How do I make a graphic in MS Paint?

Open MS Paint:

  

If the Color Box is not visible at the bottom of the MS Paint screen, select Color Box from the VIEW menu.

To make a blue oval, select:

wpe3.jpg (860 bytes) and wpe4.jpg (722 bytes), then click and drag mouse to make appropriate size.

To fill blue oval, select:

wpe5.jpg (854 bytes) and wpe4.jpg (722 bytes), then click your mouse inside of oval.

To make a circle, hold the shift key and the wpe3.jpg (860 bytes) together.
To make a square, hold the shift key and the rectangle key together.
If you have been successful to this point, you should be able to experiment and determine how to use the other tools. 

If you wish to transfer your picture to another document, you will need to use the cutting tool.  Once selected you frame (make a box) around the part of the MS Paint screen you wish to copy.

Copy the graphic by:

When you get into Lotus Notes, paste the graphic by:

wpe11.jpg (5968 bytes)
